External reporting offices


The Whistleblower Protection Act gives persons who intend to make a report the right to choose whether to contact an internal company reporting office or an external federal or state reporting office. 



 However, the Whistleblower Protection Act also stipulates that reports to an internal office should be preferred if this can be used to take effective action against the violation and whistleblowers do not have to fear reprisals (Section 7 (1) HinSchG). 



 We follow up on all relevant reports received via our internal reporting office and are expressly committed to protecting all whistleblowers from reprisals. 



 External federal reporting offices are currently set up 

at the Federal Office of Justice
the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority and
the Federal Cartel Office.
